Seventh Generation Shout-Out

I've always been a big fan of Seventh Generation, and a long-time devotee of its cleaning products, so I was especially excited when the folks there sent me some of their newest baby care products to try out.  I also found out that this new skincare line is the first complete line of USDA certified bio-based baby care products.  How awesome is that?!

I don't usually use this blog as a forum to talk about products, but I couldn't help it here.  I am kind of obsessed and wanted to share.

Moving to Denver this past week (hence the lack of posts- it's been a LONG few weeks) I was especially interested in checking out the new sunscreen in the new line.  Consistent ninety plus degree days is a far cry from the down right dreary summer weather of San Francisco, so I was really eager to find a sunscreen that worked well fast!  I always struggle with kids sunscreen as I feel like they are always incredibly thick and hard to apply.   Anyway, this was not the case with this one.  Application was painless! It rubs easily into skin and smells quite nice too.  I've been using on my own skin as well as the girls.  It works great.
 
Lola has also had a great time trying out the new body lotion.  She was quite taken with the scent of this one too and has much enjoyed lathering herself in the "special cream".  She keeps asking for more, and I have to oblige, because she really does smell quite delicious :)
